To my fellow YELPERS and fellow Rhino Chasing Vehicle Owners ... (Range Rovers)... I know people think 'if you buy one of these things, you must automatically get great service.' ... Not so fast. Now I can honestly say I'm on of the lucky ones... I love the brand but also have had my share of not so impressive dealership/service advisors BUT, being new in town and taking delivery of my 13th truck, Ray D and Samantha from Las Vegas Land Rover made my experience one of the best. I thought I was spoiled back in Florida because after years of owning these things, one gets used to anything British, is 'probably' going to have a couple of small issues... Reality is: Any car manufacturer is going to, or does already have some challenges... What happens after the purchase is key... In my world. LVLR is definitely one of the best service oriented places around. They listen, they don't dismiss your concerns and they make sure when you leave... Your car is fixed and you're happy with the results. Thank you guys for making my first visit a great one and thank you for the time in making certain I remain a happy customer.

This location goes beyond and above to meet customers expectations. Mike Shiffman was my sales guide, he was very well mannered and very humble to answer all my questions about the Vehicles. Even the service department was very amazing!!
Was ready for a tough negotiation, after speaking to Glenn I realized he was not gonna be one of "those" car salesman, instantly felt he was gonna be straight up with me. I did not feel pressure at all had a great buying experience. I only bought a used car here, but i have to admit It felt good buying from this Dealship. Everyone should check out the used inventory on this lot. Thanks Glenn and we are very happy with everything.
Took my Range Rover Sport for service last time and they did a wonderful job, not only in communicating with our extended warranty and getting the issue taken care of, but also putting me in a loaner that was fabulous to drive. Thank you Chris Castillo and staff.
I have a very good relationship with the overall manager and the service manager. However, I felt like this was the first time at the dealership even though I've been going there over 5years. Also, my vehicle was not ready when promised and the service technician didn't really seem to care. Lastly, while I'm grateful for receiving a loaner car, it should have been a Land Rover product rather than a sedan. I drive an SUV for a reason. Again, the service technician didn't really seem to care.
Best car buying experience ever. My husband and I met with Ed Gaylor to assist us with the purchase of a Range Rover and all I can say is BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Once we had made a decision on the vehicle he told us to go have dinner he would notify us when the paperwork and vehicle prep was done in two hours. We received our notification right on time just as he had stated. Upon returning everything was prepared and ready for signing and the car was just beautiful. Thank you so much for the painless purchase.
